In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

- There is no technical support for any free Magento 2 or Prestashop products.

- Ticket Handling Time: 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT + 5:30). First ticket response within 24 hours in working days (Monday-Friday)

- Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we're back to the office on next Monday.

- We all are on Diwali Holiday starting from 16th November 2020 to 20th November 2020. We'll try to ensure that you do not have to wait for critical issues while other general tickets may take time to be addressed due to Holiday Season.
